Guadalajara will host a major event: the Balloon Parade 2025, the world’s largest balloon parade, is coming to Mexico for the first time.

This experience will take place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of Globos Payaso, a Guadalajara brand.

What will the Balloon Parade 2025 be like?

The parade’s theme is “The Bottom of the Sea,” so you’ll find monumental floats inspired by sea creatures and landscapes, created exclusively with balloons.

The sculptures will be created by 13 international artists from countries such as Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

The pieces will be built at Expo Guadalajara, where the public will be able to witness the assembly process in real time from April 30 to May 3.
