The State Attorney General’s Office reported that two men were shot and killed in two separate incidents, one in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende and the other in Dolores Hidalgo.
The first crime occurred around 9:00 a.m. this Friday, April 25, on Main Street in the Dos Plazas neighborhood of the municipality of Dolores Hidalgo.
A man was driving a Toyota on that street when armed men approached and shot him several times.
When police arrived, they secured the area, and paramedics confirmed that the victim was dead.
Later, two men inside a car wash were shot by at least two men who eventually escaped.
Municipal Police officers responded to secure the scene and requested an ambulance. Paramedics provided first aid, but confirmed that one of them had already died, while the other was taken to a hospital and was listed in serious condition.
The Guanajuato Prosecutor’s Office reported that the two people who died in the two incidents have not been identified by their families.
