Griselda, a public transportation user in Veracruz, exposed the poor condition of a bus on the Geo 1 and 2 routes, which operate in the northern part of the city.
In some photos she sent to XEU, the seats on the bus she boarded are broken, and one of them has collapsed, leaving only the seat base.
The user requested intervention from the relevant authorities, as she asserted that the largest bus on that route is in the same condition.
“These are the conditions of the Geo Pinos buses. It’s not fair to the passengers. If you can, please call on the relevant authorities to do something about it,” she wrote.
This isn’t the first time users have complained about public transportation in Veracruz, as they have exposed the conditions of urban buses on several occasions.
