A joint operation between the Attorney General’s Offices of the State of Mexico (FGJ-Edomex) and Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX) has led to the arrest of two individuals allegedly involved in the illegal occupation of a home in Chalco, sparking a chain of events that culminated in a tragic confrontation.

The incident dates back to March 27, when a group of people entered the residence of M.S.A., the daughter of Doña Carlota, without authorization. According to reports, the intruders claimed they had rented the property “online,” sparking a heated dispute between them and the family.

Authorities were able to identify the alleged perpetrators as Lourdes Yohana “N”, Víctor Heladio “N”, Esaú “N”, and Justin “N”. This group is believed to be linked to the notorious “October 22 Syndicate,” an organization under investigation for dispossession and extortion in the Valley of Mexico.

The case gained notoriety when Doña Carlota’s mother, accompanied by her children, confronted the occupants at the scene. In a shocking turn of events, she shot Esaú “N” and Justin “N”, killing them on the spot. The woman was subsequently arrested and charged with homicide.

Following an exhaustive investigation, Lourdes Yohana was apprehended in Mexico City and transferred to the Texcoco prison, while Víctor Heladio was already being held in the Chalco prison for a separate crime. He was served with a new arrest warrant related to theft charges.

As authorities work to uncover the truth behind this case, they have determined that the property must be returned to its rightful owner. However, M.S.A.’s legal representative has chosen to postpone the recovery of the property, leaving it under official custody until further notice.
