The regional Mexican band Grupo Firme announced that their visas to enter the United States have been revoked.
This comes just days before their performance at La Onda Fest in Napa Valley, California, which was scheduled for Sunday, June 1.
In a statement, the group announced that the visas for Grupo Firme and the Music VIP team are currently under administrative processing by the United States Embassy.
This situation makes it impossible for the band to perform at La Onda Fest as planned, they added.
“We appreciate your understanding and, above all, the love of our fans in the United States. We will soon inform you of our return to the United States to meet again and sing, dance, and toast together,” concluded the statement signed by Grupo Firme and Music VIP Entertainment.
