The arrest, carried out by investigators from the anti-drug office Ofast 78, followed an international arrest warrant from the United States, received on May 21 by the Versailles Court of Appeals in the Paris region, a source told the French newspaper Le Parisien.

Although not all the charges against him have been revealed, Ravo Tobar is accused of allegedly collaborating with the Sinaloa Cartel, a criminal group considered by the United States to be an international terrorist organization.

During the police operation, 3,800 euros, three Colombian telephones and several documents related to the transformation of cocaine were found.
