After unveiling its first location in Monterrey, Dunkin’, one of the world’s most recognized coffee and donut brands, opened its first location in Mexico City. It announced it will open 10 to 12 locations in northern Mexico, starting in Nuevo León (NL), with a renewed value proposition, said Juan Quesada, director of operations for Grupo Galería.
“This year we already have the necessary infrastructure to grow with 10 to 12 locations in northern Mexico, starting here in Monterrey. We don’t have an exact investment amount because we are still in some negotiations, but the interesting thing about all this is to grow consistently,” said Quesada.
With this opening, the brand reaffirms its national expansion strategy with Grupo Galería, its operating partner, consolidating itself as a key player in the growing coffee market in Mexico. The new branch is located at Av. Eugenio Garza Sada Sur 602, in the southern Contry area of the city, combining contemporary design with prompt service and a menu that includes a wide range of customizable coffees, espresso-based beverages, teas, and Refreshers (iced drinks with fruit flavors), from the classic Dunkin’ Original Blend to exclusive recipes.
Antonio Barceló, General Manager of Grupo Galería, emphasized that “Dunkin’s arrival in Monterrey marks an important moment for us. We look forward to welcoming local consumers in an accessible and modern space with top-quality products.”
In addition to its wide variety of beverages, the menu includes a carefully curated selection of donuts with flavors such as Boston Donut, Kreme Donut, Double Chocolate Donut, Cheesecake Donut, and Strawberry Donut, as well as delicious sandwiches and snacks, all made with high-quality ingredients at affordable prices.
Dunkin’ is part of the Inspire Brands portfolio, which includes more than 33,000 restaurants such as Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC worldwide.
This new opening joins existing locations in Mexico City, Mérida, Cancún, Nogales, and Tijuana.
