A total of fifteen individuals are the most wanted by US and Mexican authorities. Twelve men and three women have become priority targets.

The criminals, charged with criminal association, homicide, drug trafficking, and possession, some of them high-risk, operate along the US-Mexico border.

The states where their illicit activities are located are Baja California and Sonora, so prosecutors from both states joined the search efforts of US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Iván Duarte Piña is charged with homicide and criminal association; German Hiram Robles Matas is charged with homicide; José Luis Vélez Aguiluz is charged with homicide; Efraín Germanis Solís is also charged with crime; Jonathan Arlan Baeza Hernández, charged with murder and criminal association; Daniel Alonso Ontiveros Ortega, charged with felony; Federico Jonathan Diaz Clemente, charged with homicide.

Ronay Ulises Rivas Castro, “El Rony,” charged with murder; Jesus Isaac Ramírez Ayón, charged with homicide; Salvador Contreras Aguilar, also charged with felony; Mariana Fernández López, charged with drug trafficking; Tania Miranda, also charged with drug trafficking.

Jonathan Jesús Caudillo Ornelas, charged with narcotics possession; Ramiro Jr. Hernández, charged with drug trafficking and escape; and finally, Autumn Marie Collins, charged with possession of dangerous drugs.

The binational program “Information Wanted,” in which authorities from Mexico and the United States participate, took place in San Luis, Arizona, and included the participation of various investigative forces.

The Cabinet Coordinator of the Baja California State Attorney General’s Office, Juan Carlos Buenrostro Molina, and the Commander of the State Investigation Agency (AEI), Gustavo Olivo, were present to reveal the identities of these 15 individuals allegedly linked to criminal organizations dedicated to human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, and homicides on both sides of the border.

Given the danger these men and women pose, the public was called upon to provide any information that could lead to the arrest of these fugitives.
