Reports are surfacing that former Navy Secretary Ojeda said he had El Mencho located in El Grullo. He claimed they tracked him for six months, conducting excellent espionage and surveillance.
And that when he went to AMLO to tell him everything was ready, the president said no. He didn’t authorize the operation. He didn’t want another Culiacán-style massacre.
And that he not only said no, but also ordered helicopters to fly over El Grullo to signal that they had him located. Is Ojeda telling the truth?
