The Oaxaca Tourism Secretariat (Sectur Oaxaca) informs the public that voting to choose Puerto Escondido and Oaxaca as destinations of excellence in the 2025 Food and Travel Reader Awards closes on January 30.
Voting for Puerto Escondido, which is competing in the Best Destination in Mexico category, and Oaxaca, nominated for Best Gastronomic Destination in the country, can be done via the link: https://goo.su/n4VH2R.
The selection will be made by 48 panelists specializing in the hospitality industry, in conjunction with the editorial board of Food and Travel Mexico magazine.
This support can also be extended to other nominated Oaxacan businesses, including: Alfonsina, for Best Restaurant in the Interior of Mexico; Alambiq, for Best New Restaurant in Mexico; Bodaega, for Best Gourmet Space in Mexico; and Costa Pesca, in the Best Producer or Promoter of Sustainable Products category.
Also participating are Azul de Oaxaca Hotel + Galería, as Best Boutique Hotel in a Magical Town or Colonial City; Casona Sforza and Terrestre Hotel, both nominated as Best Beach Boutique Hotel.
