The GuanajuaTour festival, Guanajuato’s cinema for the world, launched the call for its 4th edition, aimed at filmmakers, producers, and the general public, with the aim of disseminating and preserving the state’s audiovisual talent.
Categories
- GuanajuaTour 2026 Official Selection: projects produced between 2023 and 2026.
- Guanajuato Collection: works made before the year 2000, to rescue the memory and disseminate the historical cinema of the state.
Rules
- Projects of any theme, genre, and format (except series) are accepted.
- Maximum duration: 30 minutes.
- The work must have been carried out in the municipalities of Guanajuato, with teams mostly from Guanajuato.
- Submission deadline: April 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
- There is no participation fee.
- The specialized jury will select up to 10 projects per category.
- Results: April 20, 2026, via social networks and email, together with the official GuanajuaTour 2026 laurel.
