In the recording, the man is seen taking a water jug and other items, carrying a bag with the Canadian flag, before leaving the store without paying. Upon noticing the theft, a local resident confronts him and demands he return the stolen goods, telling him he should be ashamed of his actions.
According to social media posts, some of the foreigners seen in the videos returned the stolen items after being confronted by locals.
