Creativity and hard work know no bounds in the Laguna region. This is Irving, an entrepreneur who has begun to win over palates and social media with his unique way of offering cold brew coffee on the streets of Lerdo, Durango.
His “mobile coffee shop” project started in November 2025 with the idea of bringing something different to the town’s traditional plazas.
However, he’s not alone in this adventure: he’s accompanied by his son, Eliam, who joins his father after school to help with the business, learning the value of hard work and perseverance. Together they travel through the plazas, sharing great flavor and an inspiring family story.
