Tired of being robbed by the same government, citizens demand an end to hidden faces at checkpoints.

More and more citizens say they feel vulnerable when they encounter checkpoints where officers wear balaclavas, hide their badges, or refuse to identify themselves.

Many believe that authority should inspire trust, not fear. In a country where even criminal groups have used official uniforms to commit crimes, thousands of people believe that concealing one’s face and identity only fuels distrust.

The demand is simple: if a citizen is required to identify themselves to the authorities, the authorities should also be required to identify themselves to the citizen.

Because security shouldn’t depend on faith, but on transparency.

Increasingly, people are calling for a law that would require all officers at checkpoints to clearly show their faces, wear visible badges, and present their identification when requested.

Would you agree?
