The Querétaro Experimental International Festival will return to the capital from June 8 to August 17 with free access shows, as announced by the Municipal Culture Secretariat.
Its third edition will be held in public squares of the Historic Center, with the participation of artists from Querétaro, Mexico and other countries.
As headliners of the poster are Porter, Paté de Fuá, Tino el Pingüino, Ácido Pantera, Ali Gua Gua, Cie Des Quidams, Duchamp Pilot, Grupo Puja, Hércules and Love Affair, Jupiter & Okwess, The Wolves, La Mafiandina, Marissa Mur , Comisario Pantera, Mike Joseph and Di Gu Frendz, Systema Solar, in addition to the show “Tamayo: The Everyday Infinite.”
At the local level, Silencio en Movimiento Teatro Gesto, Serendipia Escénica, enNingúnLugar, Epicentro-Cenadac, Danscoreo Compañía, Compañía Folklorica de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Compañía Aztlán, Circo Teatro, Atabal Teatro, to name a few, participate.
It is worth mentioning that last year, the Querétaro Experimental Festival was held over four months from April 22 to August 26, in the seven delegations.
Its programming included 140 shows, 98 presentations –28 local and 14 international–, and an estimated attendance of more than 180 thousand people.
