The call will be open until June 28 at 3:00 p.m. (Mexico time) and between August 5 and 9 the Government will publish which students are selected. There are more than 90 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) authorized for this agreement.

These are the Excellence Scholarships for Foreigners from the Government of Mexico, which are available for 180 countries and have an agreement with more than 90 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). These institutions, the government explained, are registered in the National Postgraduate System of the National Council of Science and Technology.
