Adrian “N” was arrested, accused of the crimes of domestic violence and animal abuse or cruelty.
The incident occurred on July 30 in a house in the Los Arcos neighborhood in San Felipe.

Before the Judge, Adrian “N” confessed that he complained to a family member that “she took better care of the pet than him,” then he approached the dog, trying to suffocate it, and also hit it with his fists on the head.
To prevent him from taking his life, his family member intervened, causing the subject to attack her and hit her in the neck and legs. In response to the acts of violence, his family member called 911 for help.
The San Felipe Regional Prosecutor’s Office managed to bring Adrian “N” to trial for the aforementioned crimes.
The Judge determined justified preventive detention and granted three months for the complementary investigation.
