After throwing a backpack containing a head and a threatening message, 11 alleged criminals were arrested who are believed to be linked to the criminal group known as ‘Big Mama’, which operates robbery and extortion in Mexico City.
It all started after the report that subjects threw the aforementioned backpack on the Mexico-Pachuca federal highway, at the height of Esmeralda, on the border between Tizayuca and Zumpango, State of Mexico.
This activated surveillance by video surveillance cameras of the alleged perpetrators who entered the Cesar Palace motel in two cars, located on Juarez Avenue, in the municipality of Tizayuca.
Police elements from the State of Mexico were deployed to the scene in coordination with Hidalgo corporations who managed to capture the 11 subjects, including a 14-year-old minor.
