
Authorities in Baja California Sur confirmed the disappearance of a foreign citizen residing in the municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. This is Filipe Joachine Ludmilas de Sousa, originally from Angola.
The woman, 31 years old, was reported missing and an alert was issued under the Alba protocol, confirmed the state Attorney General’s Office.
According to the description, her build is thin, her complexion is dark, curly hair, mouth and thick lips, and her height is 1.60 meters.
The last time she was seen was on August 16 when she left her home in the El Tezal neighborhood, in Cabo San Lucas. She was wearing black leggings and a pink shirt.
This Sunday the PGJE has begun to circulate the search warrant, without knowing more details about her disappearance. Some versions on social networks – not confirmed – warn that the last time she was seen she would have been beaten.
Groups that search for people have also started a campaign to make the identification card visible.
In BCS, the state governor, Víctor Castro Cosío, has acknowledged that there is a high incidence of violence against women in the state, and said he is committed to strengthening prevention programs.
