When and where will Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2024 be?

Puerto Vallarta will become the epicenter of Mexican gastronomy with a culinary festival that you have to know. With the motto “The only constant is change”, the 16th edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica promises to merge innovation, tradition and the latest culinary trends.

What will be at Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2024?

There will be a list of culinary talents, including the renowned Chef Dani García, holder of three Michelin stars, who will show off his mastery at the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center, the main venue of the event.

For a week, attendees will be able to immerse themselves in a series of activities ideal for getting to know the “gourmet world”: on Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15, the gastronomic congress will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. which will include live cooking programs by some of the guest chefs. There will be premium tastings; Gastronomy workshops on the latest trends: from innovative techniques to new interpretations of traditional cuisine.

A space will be set up dedicated to exploring and tasting the gastronomy of various states and countries, presented by ambassador chefs. There will also be an endless number of conferences on the evolution and future of gastronomy or the most significant transformations in the culinary industry.

Where and when will the gastronomic festival be in Puerto Vallarta?

The event is from October 11 to 18, at the host hotel Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center. This sixteenth edition will also feature private events, where guest chefs and mixologists will prepare their best culinary proposals in some of the most representative restaurants and spots in the destination.

“Once again, Puerto Vallarta welcomes this festival that writes great stories about gastronomy. Today we open the doors of our destination to renowned Michelin Star chefs, consolidating ourselves once again as a gastronomic mecca thanks to the richness and diversity that the port offers, with more than 2,000 restaurants and 40 different cuisines that fuse the flavors of the sea and the mountains,” said Luis Villaseñor, director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust.
