If your house looks lifeless and you have considered buying some plants, or on the contrary, you are a die-hard plant lover and you can never have enough, this weekend a festival will arrive in Guadalajara that not only promises a wide variety of flowers and plants but also workshops and talks to learn new skills around these living beings.
Admission to this event is free, so you can come with family and friends without it affecting your pocketbook. And as recommended by the organizers, you can bring reusable bags so as not to harm the planet.
This festival aimed at plant lovers will take place from Friday, September 6 to Sunday, September 8 at Vía Libertad, Colonias 221, Col. Americana. Hours will be from 12:00 to 8:00 P.M.
How to get there
If you like to get around by bike, the MiBici program has two stations near Vía Libertad, although if you prefer to go by car, there are public parking lots near Plant Fest and some streets where you can park by paying a parking meter.
In addition to finding an incredible variety of plants, Plant Fest promotes a series of workshops and talks so that attendees not only take home flowers and plants but also a lot of knowledge and new skills.
