It turns out that the state court did not care about the evidence of so many and such serious grievances that go against the rule of law and instead, the magistrates claim that such evidence is discarded simply because it was not presented in an “expansion of the original claim”… Do me a favor!… What is comforting is that Lagos Galido already foresaw that this would happen in the state court, but it is a legal requirement to exhaust the instances for the case to reach the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federation…
