The number enabled is 55-8078-0488, where you can report improper charges of tips, minimum consumption, or non-compliance in the display of prices.
The tip, remember, is a voluntary gratuity and not a mandatory charge. Although many establishments suggest a 10% tip, PROFECO emphasizes that consumers are not obligated to pay it if they do not wish to.
