Also, a low pressure channel will extend from the north to the southwest of the Gulf of Mexico, will interact with instability at high levels of the atmosphere and will cause heavy to very heavy rains accompanied by electrical discharges, possible hail and strong gusts of wind in the northeast of the country.
Dust storms in Coahuila and Durango?
