The International Festival of the Mexican Coast, implemented by the governor of Tamaulipas, Américo Villarreal Anaya, will celebrate its 22nd edition.
Nuevo Laredo will be dressed up in celebration and culture with this event that will have activities throughout the state from October 25 to November 3.
The presentation of various artistic expressions by local, national and foreign groups stands out
In the main theater of the Cultural Center of Nuevo Laredo (CCNL), on Friday, October 25, it will be adorned with the performance of a Korean dance group “Mujer Dance Company”, on Saturday 26, Ramón Vargas and Leticia Altamirano in a piano concert with maestro Angel Rodríguez and the Signori group, directly from Mexico City.
There, the colorful and joyful Tamaulipas folklore will be present on Friday, October 28 with the performance of the dance group Mextli, on Thursday 31, Moroccan art with Malika Zarra with “Malika in Concert”; and on Friday, November 1, from the United States, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble “Firebird”.
While on the stage located on the Explanada de la Independencia in Plaza Hidalgo, on Friday 25, the musical opening will be with a Rock in Rieles Radio Rock pop 80s 90s Concert; the following day the award-winning Conjunto Tamaulipeco with “Tradición Viva 66 aniversario del Conjunto Típico Tamaulipeco” and from Yucatan, the show “Clownclusiones”.
While on Wednesday, October 30, a musical presentation with the singer-songwriter Gustavo Cárdenas; The same entity will present Los Pream and on Thursday 31st, Roosevelt Alejandro de la Fuente Bocanegra will amaze with “El arte en movimiento”.
At the Experimental Theater of the Cultural Center; from October 27th to 31st, the presentation of the show “Clownclusiones” will take place.
The emblematic “Casa Longoria” will be filled with music and energy on October 26th with the presentation of the Tamaulipas “Tempus Quartet Concierto” and at Estación Palabra, on Thursday October 31st, Teatro testigo de Vida will be present with the drama workshop led by Medardo Treviño González.
