Since the program’s inception, 363,053 visits have been made to the population of the 11 municipalities of Quintana Roo. The Mobile Medical Caravans, part of the New Agreement for the Well-being and Development of Quintana Roo, aim to reduce inequalities and promote social justice by providing high-quality and friendly health services to those in need.
The caravans, equipped with advanced technology and staffed by trained personnel, offer free services such as laboratory evaluations, mammography, densitometry, oral health, electrocardiograms, X-rays, pelvic-obstetric ultrasounds, vision and hearing tests, and pharmacy services.
Cozumel Schedule: The Secretary of Health, Flavio Carlos Rosado, announced that the caravans will remain in Cozumel for two weeks, from October 28 to November 8. There are three convoys distributed across various cities and municipalities in the state.
Tulum Schedule: In addition to Cozumel, the caravans will be in Tulum on October 28 and 29, next to the Municipal Palace. From October 30 to November 1, they will be at the Chemuyil community building in Tulum.
Othón P. Blanco Schedule: From October 28 to November 1, the caravans will be at the main building of the José Narciso Rovirosa community in Othón P. Blanco.
Residents of these communities and nearby areas are invited to visit the mobile units and receive the necessary tests, bringing a copy of their CURP and official ID.
