Fibra Uno (Funo), the leading investment trust in industrial, commercial and office real estate, is diversifying the commercial areas in its shopping malls by opening a luxurious shopping area within Midtown, Jalisco.
This new space, which covers seven thousand square meters, is designed to offer a sophisticated and glamorous experience to consumers, as it houses some of the most iconic brands in the world of fashion and luxury.
Visitors to the shopping center will have shopping options among the brands that are present, such as Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, Golden Goose, Macame and Jet Store.
With this opening, Fibra Uno seeks to diversify the luxury real estate offering, providing spaces in line with the requests of major luxury brands.
Fibra Uno, owner of 100% of Mítikah, acquires it for 7 billion pesos
“Fibra Uno is characterized by having an innovative offer and differentiated experiences in all segments of the portfolio, as is the case of our mixed-use properties,” said Gonzalo Robina, deputy general manager of Fibra Uno.
He assured that with the spaces for high-end shopping they respond to one of the formats that continues to grow in Western Mexico, particularly in the state of Jalisco, where important levels of visitors are recorded in shopping centers for leisure and recreation, both from local, national and foreign visitors.
Fibra Uno recently reported that the occupancy of its shopping centers registered an occupancy rate of around 93%, similar to that of the market.
The real estate investment trust indicated that until September it operated just over three million square meters of industrial space, distributed in a total of 147 properties.
