Once again, a video has been circulated on social media about an assault that occurred on the Puebla-Mexico highway, where a truck driver is seen being forced to stop by gunfire in order to be robbed of his cargo unit and kidnapped.
According to the information published, this assault occurred near Río Frío, in the municipality of Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico, where other assaults of this type have already occurred.
The camera installed in the trailer’s cabin captures the moment when the assailants shoot at the cargo vehicle from a sedan-type car and park in front of it, to force it to stop on the highway.
“That’s it, they’ve screwed me, kid,” the driver is heard saying when he notices that two armed men are getting out of the car and approaching the trailer’s cabin from both sides.
“Get out quickly, dude, get out, go to the car over there,” the criminals shout, and then you can see how the driver is taken by force to get into the sedan, while another of the subjects is in charge of destroying the camera.
It should be noted that this type of robbery has become common at different points on the Mexico-Puebla-Xalapa highway with different modus operandi.
