While Tesla’s investment in Mexico remains on hold and with the gigafactory in Santa Catarina on hold, Elon Musk’s company is looking for workers in cities such as Nuevo León, Jalisco, State of Mexico (Edomex) and Mexico City (CDMX) to fill some of its vacancies.
There are five job opportunities in areas that include sales, customer service, supervision and operational support for the areas of the capital, Naucalpan, Guadalajara and Monterrey.

Tesla Sales Advisor – CDMX
For the Sales Advisor position, they are looking for entrepreneurial people who are highly motivated and who are flexible and organized.
The Sales Advisor will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for presenting Tesla products to buyers and influencers. Among their objectives, they will have to increase the sales footprint of the Model S and Model X, Model 3, Model Y and launch sales of future products.

Tesla Advisor – Naucalpan, Guadalajara and Monterrey
As an Advisor, you will be given the use of a shared test drive car from the store in order to increase retail and fleet sales. You will also visit potential customers outside the store and conduct external test drive events from time to time.
To do so, the applicant must maintain expert-level knowledge of Tesla products and technologies, CRM management, financial advice/solutions, and customer payment.

Tesla Delivery Supervisor – CDMX
The Delivery Supervisor, who reports to the Regional Operations Manager, is responsible for the execution of all deliveries within a defined market.
This position oversees all aspects of delivery center operations including channel management, goal tracking, hiring and training of delivery experience and guidance specialists.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent or 4+ years of operations or management experience is required to apply for this position. A Mexican passport or work permit is also required for this position.
