A shootout was reported near the General Bravo toll booth, leading to blockades on highways to San Fernando and Río Bravo due to intense clashes.
Blockade Locations
Initial reports indicate that blockades are in place at the General Bravo toll booth, on the route to Monterrey along the Y Grecian road towards San Fernando, and past Palo Blanco towards Río Bravo.
Abandoned Vehicle Found
Authorities also discovered an abandoned vehicle with homemade armor and long weapons after reports of gunfire on the General Bravo to China stretch, close to the Reynosa to Monterrey highway.
As of now, it is unclear if there are any injuries or fatalities.
