Zapata emphasized that due to the project’s location and the presence of mangroves, it must meet a series of environmental requirements and obtain necessary permits to ensure that the construction does not harm the region’s sensitive ecosystems.

“The process is under analysis, as all legal and environmental aspects must be resolved before authorizing any progress in this type of project,” Zapata stated.
