In Puebla, on Sunday afternoon, an armed attack was reported in the middle of a wedding celebration, held in a social hall in the Fuentes de San Bartolo neighborhood, located south of the city.
What happened at the wedding in Puebla?
Three armed men broke into the “Ex Hacienda San Bartolo” social hall to shoot and kill Jesús “N”, alias “El Marranero”, who was allegedly a criminal leader in Iguala, Guerrero. They then fled on a motorcycle.
According to police reports and witnesses, the victim, 55 years old, came from Manzanillo and was a special guest.
The hitmen shot him more than five times and, after escaping, they abandoned the motorcycle and boarded a white car to head to the Periférico Ecológico, where a chase ensued.

On social media, various users shared the moment of the attack against the alleged criminal leader. In the image, the subjects can be seen shooting at the “Marranero”.
Preliminary reports indicate that a subject has been arrested in connection with the events; however, the Secretariat of Citizen Security is expected to confirm the version.
