After the operation that was launched by the Government of the State of Chiapas, through the program “Safe Roads”, Sergio Antonio Rayo Cruz, president of the Integradora Transportistas de Carga y Pasaje in the entity, considered that tranquility has returned to the communication routes, and that allows the flow and movement of products and the economy.
Actions
These actions that the authority has implemented, he said, have allowed the union to generate a more comfortable and trustworthy environment to be able to circulate through the different sections, whether municipal, state and federal.
He is confident, he pointed out, that the borders with other states of the country, such as Veracruz, Tabasco and Campeche, can also implement actions to protect these routes.
In this regard, the leader of the sector recognized the role that the Attorney General of Chiapas and the head of the Secretariat of Public Safety (SSP) are playing, since these actions not only benefit the transporters, but also the society that travels the roads every day, in addition to those who visit Chiapas.
Having security on the roads, he commented, generates confidence to be able to circulate at any time. It even opens the possibility of reintegrating some routes.
Truckers
In cargo transportation, he explained, the time when there is the least harm to society and visitors is between 10 at night until the early hours of the morning; little by little, work is being done at these times.
Rayo Cruz commented that the insecurity that was experienced on the roads did not bring any benefit to the productive sectors, neither to transportation nor to other unions in the business sector.
