Jalisco will launch the 3×1 Package with which with a single payment you will obtain the renewal of the circulation card, in addition to two coupons to obtain new plates and vehicle verification, in addition to there being discounts for taxpayers who pay early in 2025.
This is a measure announced by the administration of Pablo Lemus, however not all motorists will have to change plates or will have to verify in a mandatory way, so it depends on the model, type of plate and other conditions where the three procedures will be obtained.
How much does the 3×1 Package cost in Jalisco and on what date is it paid?
It will be from January 1 when the payment can be made, which allows obtaining the renewal, the replacement of plates and the responsible verification with a single payment of 900 pesos.
According to a statement, “the vehicles that will not be included in the 3×1 Package are new vehicles model 2025 or from other states, which are blocked by legal procedures.”
This procedure would currently have a separate cost of up to 3,500 pesos. The final date on which it is carried out will be December 31, 2025.
Who will have new plates and verification?
In addition to the 2025 models and with foreign plates, the state government specifies that the plates that will be replaced are those with the designs:

The plates that will not be replaced are those of the “Collage” model, which were issued from the year 2019. The latter will not replace plates, but with the payment of the renewal they will have free verification.

For license plate replacement starting in February at https://sefinenlinea.jalisco.gob.mx/agendarecaudadora/agenda.aspx. The state government points out that it is necessary to have an email address to carry out the 3×1 Package procedure, since that will be the only way to receive a coupon and access the verification and replacement of plates at no cost. In case of not having an email address, in each collectors office there will be a module to help taxpayers generate it.
What are the discounts when paying for renewal 2025 in Jalisco?
Only via Internet will a 5 percent discount be offered during January and February, and 40 percent on photo violations.
Other discounts contemplated are
50 percent on the process of change of ownership
100 percent on fines and surcharges for not having paid the renewal of other years.

State collectors receive taxpayers from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Here are some options in Guadalajara:
