American Airlines canceled its afternoon flight 2200 from Mérida to Dallas, Texas, on Thursday. This flight typically arrives at 3:05 p.m. and departs at 3:55 p.m.
Despite this cancellation, fourteen of the thirty-two scheduled arrival flights for Thursday will operate in the morning. These include Aeromexico flight 840 and Viva Aerobus flight 4290 from Mexico City and Monterrey, arriving at 12:05 a.m. and 12:25 a.m., respectively.
Additional morning arrivals include two Volaris flights, one Aeroméxico flight, and one VivaAerobús flight from Mexico City and Guadalajara, arriving between 7:07 a.m. and 8:18 a.m. Three more flights will arrive between 9:58 a.m. and 10:45 a.m., including Aeroméxico flight 824 and Viva Aerobús flight 9245 from Mexico City and Toluca, and Viva Aerobús flight 4282 from Monterrey.
Scheduled arrivals also include VivaAerobús flight 3062 from Guadalajara at 11:30 a.m., Aeroméxico flight 826 from Mexico City at 12:45 p.m., West Jet flight 2086 from Toronto at 1:41 p.m., and American Airlines flight 2196 from Miami.
Eleven more flights are scheduled to land in the evening from various cities, including Mexico City, Dallas, Monterrey, Puebla, Houston, Tuxtla Gutierrez, Silao, and Guadalajara.
Departure Operations
Regarding departures, thirty-four flights were scheduled, but with the cancellation of American Airlines flight 2200 from Dallas, only thirty-two will operate. Sixteen of these will depart in the morning, starting with Aeromexico flight 821 to Mexico City at 5:58 a.m., followed by VivaAerobus flights 3061, 4281, and 7350 to Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Mexico City between 6:00 a.m. and 6:05 a.m.
Other morning departures include Aeroméxico flight 823 to Mexico City at 7:13 a.m., VivaAerobús flight 4283 to Monterrey at 7:30 a.m., Volaris flight 221 to Mexico City at 8:01 a.m., and United flight 1427 to Houston at 8:00 a.m. Additional flights to Mexico City include Volaris flight 7111 at 8:35 a.m., Aeroméxico flight 825 at 9:00 a.m., Volaris flight 1235 to Guadalajara at 8:55 a.m., Viva Aerobús flight 1101 at 9:05 a.m., and Aeroméxico flight 829 to Mexico City.
Later departures include Viva Aerobús flight 9246 to Toluca at 10:43 a.m., Aeroméxico flight 9254 to Puebla at 12:20 p.m., and Aeroméxico flight 831 to Mexico City at 1:38 p.m. The remaining flights will depart in the afternoon and evening as usual.
