With the aim of promoting the tourist destination of Mazatlán through its gastronomy, the delegation that carries out the tourism campaign called “The Flavors of Mazatlán” arrived in Mexico City on Wednesday, January 29.
Jointly, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mazatlán, the National Gastronomic Council of Mazatlán (Conagam) and the Vatel Club Mazatlán Chapter, arrived in the capital of the country to launch a dissemination program that seeks to have national reach.
This visit to the center of the country is part of the first phase of this campaign, where different activities will be developed for two days, prior to a gastronomic exhibition that will be presented in February.
At the beginning of January, the vice president of the Mazatlán Chamber of Commerce, Guillermo Romero Rodríguez, explained that a group of businessmen from this city would launch a promotional strategy, with the fundamental objective of attracting new flows of visitors to this destination and that for this purpose some press conferences were scheduled in the Mexican capital, to close with a flourish and a gastronomic show.
“The Flavors of Mazatlán” includes two days of intense promotional work, just one month before the Mazatlán Carnival 2025 takes place, so the objective is to motivate the arrival of visitors from the center of the country so that they know and enjoy the roots and traditions of this cultural destination of sun and beach.
