This year’s National Assembly is particularly relevant as Mexico ranks sixth worldwide in tourist arrivals, highlighting the tourism industry’s importance to the Mexican economy and the need for entities like Skål Mexico to continue promoting sector growth.

Quintana Roo, an attractive destination for both national and international travelers, has four Skål chapters: Isla Mujeres-Puerto Morelos, Cozumel, Cancun, and Riviera Maya. This structure allows members to collaborate closely, share experiences, and implement beneficial action plans.

Quintana Roo offers a broad range of hotel accommodation. According to the latest report from Cancun, Puerto Morelos, and Isla Mujeres Hotel Association, Cancun has 42,141 rooms, Puerto Morelos has 6,638, and Isla Mujeres has 9,503.
