On Saturday morning, El Siglo de Durango informed you promptly about a traffic accident, in which one person died and another was injured.
According to the information that the corresponding authority was able to gather, the person who died at the scene is a 16-year-old teenager, with the initials JEAP.
At around 08:30 hours, at kilometer 23 of the Durango-Mazatlán toll road, a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, driven by Jesús, 20 years old, crashed into the left side of the box of a Kenworth trailer, which was driven by Héctor, 31 years old.
The teenager lost his life in the incident, while Jesús was transferred by an ambulance from Capufe to receive medical attention in the city of Durango.
Elements of the National Guard and the Attorney General of the State of Durango took charge of the scene. The teenager’s body was transferred to the Forensic Medical Service for the performance of the legal autopsy.
