The flavors of Baja California triumphed in Spain, not through tastings, but through cinema. The film “Surgencia” won the Best Feature Film award in the Cinema Cocina section at the eighth edition of the Malaga Film Festival.
The documentary explores the relationship between the environment, gastronomy, and Baja California’s identity. Director Alejandro Montalvo comments on this in an interview with 88.9 Noticias.
