This Wednesday kicks off another edition of Mazatlán International Motorcycle Week, the flagship motorcycle event in Latin America, which will be held from April 23rd to 26th.
The official welcome will be this Thursday at 8 p.m. at the Convention Center.
For four days, thousands of bikers will arrive at the port to showcase their passion for motorcycles, which are more than just a means of transportation, as they consider them an integral part of their lifestyle and culture.
This year, 15,000 motorcyclists are expected to attend from different parts of the country and from other countries such as the United States and Canada.
In economic terms, hotel occupancy is expected at 90% and revenues totaling 900 million pesos.
Once again, the Convention Center will be the biker’s forum, hosting various activities such as exhibitions, raffles, drinks, a food court, and musical concerts.
The SIMM will also expand to other areas of the city; The traditional welcome meal at Olas Altas will be held on Friday the 25th, starting at 1:00 PM.
On Saturday the 26th, in the morning, at 9:00 AM, the regional tour of La Noria will take place.
In the afternoon, the traditional motorcycle parade will take place on the boardwalk, which will begin at 5:00 PM from Sister Cities Park toward Valentinos.

Ticket prices range from 450 pesos to 1,300 pesos.
