Security forces seized various substances linked to organized crime in different parts of the country, valued in the millions of pesos.
The Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) reported the results of security actions carried out between April 25 and 27.
Actions in Baja California
Various doses of drugs were seized in the border city of Tijuana. There, military and National Guard personnel seized 66 liters of liquid methamphetamine.
According to estimates by the institution headed by Omar García Harfuch, this represents an economic impact of 18.8 million pesos.
Likewise, members of the Army, together with members of the National Guard, arrested a man carrying various doses of drugs (the quantity or type of which was not specified), as well as 27 e-cigarettes.
In other actions, a person was seized as a result of a search, along with three handguns, 20 exotic animals, and 466 cartridges.
Millions of pesos in chemical substances in Sinaloa
Another significant seizure was in Sinaloa. The report highlights the arrest of a man in the state capital, as well as the seizure of weapons in Elota.
In addition, two areas where chemical substances were stored were found in Choix. National Guardsmen and military agents discovered the facilities in the towns of Bacayopa and La Laguna de los Bojórquez.
In these areas, materials used for the manufacture of methamphetamine were found, along with 4,200 liters and 3,550 kilograms of chemical substances.
“The economic impact on criminal organizations amounts to 167 million pesos,” the SSPC highlights. This is in addition to the seizure of more than 2,000 liters of chemical substances in Culiacán, spread across two areas, resulting in a loss of 61 million pesos.

Part of the findings in Oaxaca (SSPC)
A clandestine laboratory was found in Santa María Zoquitlán, Oaxaca. 8,400 liters and 1,725 kilograms of chemical substances were seized there.
This is the single action with the greatest economic impact over the weekend, estimated at 3.895 billion pesos.
Combined, the actions carried out in the three aforementioned states represent seizures exceeding 4.14 billion pesos in a three-day period.
