The Chiapas State Attorney General’s Office reported that, in collaboration with its counterpart in Oaxaca, it arrested Christian “N,” the romantic partner of Yudiel “N,” a YouTuber known as “El Coyote Consentido,” in Matías Romero.
In mid-April, the man was found dead inside a cell at the State Center for Social Reintegration for Sentenced Persons (CERSS) No. 14, known as “El Amate.”
The woman is accused of entering the prison on multiple occasions since 2021 accompanied by minors, whom she passed off as her children during visits to Yudiel “N.”
According to the investigation, prison logs confirm at least five minors were admitted in her company; one of the children was under her legal guardianship.
After Yudiel “N”‘s death, authorities seized his cell phone, on which videos and photographs of illicit content allegedly recorded inside his cell were found.
This gave rise to two lines of investigation: one for aggravated homicide and the other for crimes related to child abuse material and unlawful performance of public office.
The Chiapas Prosecutor’s Office indicates that Yudiel “N” allegedly operated as the main provider of illegal content to an international distribution network.
In addition, four prison guards were arrested on charges of improper performance of public office, for allegedly facilitating the entry of minors without implementing adequate controls.
A search warrant was also issued for Pascual “N,” former director of “El Amate,” for his alleged responsibility for omissions related to these events.
A reward of 500,000 pesos is also being offered for information leading to his location.
At the same time, authorities are investigating two inmates, Francisco Aarón and Marco Antonio, as alleged perpetrators of Yudiel “N’s” death. Both were held in Module 4, Cell 3, adjacent to the influencer’s cell.
According to the Chiapas Prosecutor’s Office, traces of blood and tools that could have been used to open the victim’s cell were found at the scene.
The Prosecutor’s Office reiterated that the investigation is ongoing and that there was coordination with Oaxaca authorities for the transfer of the detained woman to Chiapas, where she will face the corresponding judicial process.
Chiapas influencer Yudiel “N” has accumulated sentences of 119 years, 9 months, and 10 days in prison for crimes including human trafficking, child exploitation, child pornography, and aggravated rape of a child.
