The Tinto Bajío Festival presents its tenth edition, featuring a wide range of Mexican wines, food tastings, live music, and a tour of some of Guanajuato’s most notable wineries.

What’s on at the Tinto Bajío Festival?
Tinto Bajío will bring together renowned wineries from Guanajuato and throughout Mexico in one place, where you can taste more than 200 wine labels and purchase your favorites at prices direct from the producers.
The Trinitate Philharmonic Renaissance Academy will host the event, a 5,000-square-meter venue surrounded by imposing classical architecture. Exclusive food and wine tastings will be offered under the guidance of experts. Attendees will also enjoy sensory experiences with other wine enthusiasts.
But if you’re going to dance and have fun outside, you should know that there will be live music, as well as a concert by the children of the Renacimiento Academy and the Trinitate Philharmonia.
What to try at Tinto Bajío?
The best way to enjoy the winery atmosphere is to sign up for the guided tasting program, although the gastronomic offerings are not to be missed. There will be restaurants such as Argentilia, La Vaka, Frascati, Sato, and Sushi Tai, among others, as well as exhibitors of gourmet and artisanal products such as cheeses, sauces, bread, leather goods, and jewelry. There will also be a children’s area with babysitters.
When and where is the Tinto Bajío Festival?
The Tinto Bajío Festival will take place on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th at the Renacimiento Academy, Trinitate Philharmonia, in León, Guanajuato.
