Tonight, two earthquakes were recorded in the state of San Luis Potosí, in the towns of Cárdenas and Ciudad Valles, just one hour apart.
The first earthquake was recorded at 8:45 p.m., with a magnitude of 3.9 on the Richter scale, with an epicenter 24 km northwest of Ciudad Valles and a depth of 5 kilometers.
The second earthquake occurred in the town of Cárdenas, with a magnitude of 3.9 on the Richter scale, with an epicenter 47 kilometers northeast of the municipality of Cárdenas and a depth of 5 kilometers.
No material damage has been reported in either town so far.
