A hot air balloon crash occurred this Friday morning in the Centro neighborhood of the municipality of San Martín de las Pirámides, injuring 12 individuals who were on board.

According to reports, the accident took place around 8:30 a.m. when the Sky Bolons hot air balloon suffered an unspecified mishap, resulting in bruises and scrapes for eight men and four women. The passengers were promptly treated by paramedics from the Civil Protection and Firefighters services, who arrived at the scene with three ambulances.

Paramedics provided initial medical attention to the injured parties before transporting them to a local clinic for further evaluation, citing only blunt force trauma among their injuries. As a precautionary measure, medical professionals sought to rule out any potential complications.
