On June 9 and 10, the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, will be the epicenter of the international football industry as it hosts the World Football Summit, the most important football business event in Latin America.
“The event, which marks a milestone in the consolidation of Mexico as a strategic hub for football business, has attracted the participation of the world’s most prestigious sports organizations, top-tier financial institutions, and global brands that are redefining the sports industry,” the statement stated.
To date, the WFS Monterrey has registered more than 1,000 global industry leaders from 40 countries, and will feature the participation of 100 world-renowned speakers.
Tigres, Rayados de Monterrey, Club América, Toluca, LaLiga, FC Barcelona, Arsenal WFC, US Soccer Federation, LAFC, Dallas Mavericks, LA Clippers, and Washington Spirit are some of the representatives of sports clubs and organizations that will be at the event. The business sector will be represented by global brands such as JP Morgan, Populous, Wasserman, ESPN, Adidas, and Coca-Cola.
