Four missing women are being sought in Mazatlán; they were last seen on July 21.

The State Commission for the Search for Missing Persons in Sinaloa reported the disappearance of four women in Mazatlán, whose whereabouts have been unknown since July 21.

The missing persons were identified as María Cristina Pérez Salas, Alexia Ordoño Padilla, María Cecilia Berrelleza Flores, and Guadalupe de Jesús González Padilla.

According to available information, the four women were last seen near La Piedad Avenue in this port, aboard a vehicle with Durango state license plates.

The young women’s families have already filed the corresponding complaints with the State Attorney General’s Office and the State Search Commission, due to growing concern over the lack of news about their whereabouts.

Authorities have requested the public’s support and ask that any information that may contribute to her location be immediately reported to the emergency number 911.

The Baja California State Attorney General’s Office reported that as of press time on Thursday, no report had been filed in the state for the disappearance of María Cristina Pérez Salas, originally from Mexicali.

The Sinaloa Attorney General’s Office had also not requested assistance in the search for the young woman.

Two located

Two of the four missing young women were located Thursday afternoon in Mazatlán.

The Sinaloa Attorney General’s Office reports that they are Alexia Ordoño Padilla, 15, and Guadalupe de Jesús González Padilla, 25.
