A woman went viral on social media after an altercation with cashiers at an Oxxo store, in which she verbally attacked employees and threw objects at the counter due to what she considered poor service. The location of the attack has not been determined.
The incident occurred when the customer became visibly angry at the service she had received, going so far as to grab the payment terminal while demanding service.
In the video, which quickly circulated on social media, the woman complained aggressively to the cashiers, accusing them of not doing their jobs properly. “What do you think? Do it right… bad service. You son of a bitch… do a good job,” she said as she continued her attack.
The situation escalated when, while trying to calm her down, the employees suggested she go to another branch. The woman responded with insults and even more aggressive behavior, emphasizing that she would not leave until she was properly served, even using derogatory terms toward the employees.
