Durango is the path, and we are building it with order and development, stated Toño Ochoa upon delivering new radio communication equipment to the Municipal Inspectorate.
With this action, he emphasized that citizen service is improved by providing a more agile and effective response to reports, allowing order in the city and families to work with confidence in their economic activity.
Toño delivered 20 radios with an investment of nearly one million pesos, reported Ubaldo Salazar Chávez, Director of Inspection, who noted that this delivery, carried out during the first 100 days of his administration, strengthens the department’s response capacity and provides better tools to address reports from the population.
The three operating shifts will have this technology seven days a week, 24 hours a day, which will allow for more efficient coordination. “The objective is clear: to strengthen economic development through order,” explained Salazar Chávez.
For his part, Municipal Inspector Alejandro Trejo commented that this new equipment facilitates communication between areas, allows for faster response to citizen reports, and verifies each business’s information in compliance with regulations.
Víctor Andréi Bautista, Operations Coordinator, emphasized that this delivery comes at a key moment, as during festival and pilgrimage seasons, greater operational capacity is required to immediately support merchants.
With these tools, inspectors will be able to provide better service and be closer to the public. “Our commitment is firm: that Durango continues to be a place where order fosters development and peace for all families,” concluded Toño Ochoa.
