How long is the Mexico City Day of the Dead Parade and what is its route?
In total, the grand 2025 Day of the Dead Parade will cover a route of 8 kilometers. This route will run from Paseo de la Reforma to the Zócalo, passing through the most emblematic avenues of Mexico City. Its estimated duration is 5 hours.
The starting point is the Lions’ Gate in Chapultepec Park, proceeding along Paseo de la Reforma, Avenida Juárez, a section of Eje Central, and Calle 5 de Mayo, finally arriving at the Zócalo esplanade in Mexico City, the site of one of the six Mega Day of the Dead 2025 Offerings installed throughout the city this year.
